Richters Beautification at 6901 Greeley Street Suite A, Utica, Michigan.

This is a third year with this company. I was happy with them at first but sine last fall my grass start looking worse and afer last application it looks like attached pictures. Large rusty and yellow spots all over I have the worse looking grass on my street. After first application this season I called the office and the menager come here and told me it is because I don't rake my grass and it is from the grass clippings. This not what it is my grass is burned. I canceled my services today and they didn't even say "we sorry"
