Four Seasons Sunrooms / Advanced Builders at 5530, 8345 Hall Road, Utica, Michigan.

Advanced Builders added two sun rooms to the rear (west side ) of our house in spring of 1996. One room is a 9 x 13 metal frame room that used as a green room for starting & caring for various plants & flowers. The second room is a 15 x 22 wood framed
room that is used for dining, reading & entertaining. Both rooms are built well & are heated & air conditioned for year round use. There have been occasional problems with the rooms but Tom Leininger of Advanced Builders has worked hard to solve & correct them.Tom has always done his best to resolve any concern we may have.
We have enjoyed the use of the rooms for 20 years.
