Applebee’s Grill + Bar at 45211 Park Avenue, Utica, Michigan.

So let’s start with our server first of all Alex M was amazing. Coming from another server he hit every requirement in my perspective he was tentative to our table and made sure we had what we needed. But this is where poor management steps into place. The manager stood at the bar glaring at our table our entire time there didn’t smile nor come and ask us if our food was okay. He kept saying snarky unnecessary comments to our server. He then proceeded to walk by our server and say “I want my financial” meanwhile 4 other workers sat in the booth behind us making me and my friend feel unwanted. You could tell there was tension in the air for no reason. So maybe Applebee’s should consider retraining their management team because for that reason I had a very unpleasant trip and won’t be back. I’m sorry but after seeing how they treat their employees that’s absolutely not ok... hoping all of their servers quit due to poor management.
